Mr. Gregory's professional expertise includes Corporate Governance and Ethical Business Practices, mergers and acquistions, and tax policy. Mr. Gregory has served successfully in numerous leadership roles as chairman of the board, CEO, investment banker, merchant banker and director of public, private and non-profit corporations. As a corporate director of New York Stock Exchange member companies and private companies (Chrysler Corporation, MCI, Renaissance Hotels Inc., Remington Arms and Ammunition, etc.), he has served as the chairman of audit, governance, and compensation committees as well as Chairman of Special Independent Directors Committees for a number of New York Stock Exchange member companies. He has advised/coordinated multiple law firms in complex securities and tax litigation matters; has led special fraud and securities investigations; and advised on risk management and director & officer liability issues. Gregory & Hoenemeyer, Inc. was founded in 1987 and is a prestigious advisory and private equity firm currently providing strategic servies to Chinese, U.S. and European Firms.

Mr. Gregory retired as Chairman of the Board after completing 24 years with Touche Ross & Co. (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu). Leader on 100 largest clients including Berkshire Hathaway, Boeing, China, Washington Service Center and Global Financial Service Centers. While an Advisor to the Ministry of Finance for early Joint Ventures; he helped create the first Chinese training program for U.S. Financial Reporting and Accounting which is now widely used throughout China.
